How long does delivery take?

We deliver across Saudi Arabia. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Do you ship to all regions in Saudi Arabia?

Yes! We deliver to all cities and regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at feedfileonly@gmail.com if you need to make changes.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. We guarantee the authenticity and quality of every product we sell. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment.

What if I received a damaged item?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item and we'll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Mada, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your card details.
