Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or washed items
• Customized or personalized products
• Items purchased on sale or clearance
• Perishable goods

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at feedfileonly@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return

We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved:

• Refunds are credited to your original payment method
• Processing takes 7–10 business days
• Your bank may take additional time to post the credit

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective items or incorrect orders. For size or color exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
